Radial piston pump has many advantages which cannot be ignored in the practical work,but there are still some prominent problems affecting its practical application,based on the traditional radial piston pump structure analysis above made targeted for its design,put forward are pentagon drive design of radial piston pump,through the plunger rod statics analysis,dynamic characteristics simulation flow valve,plunger vice clearance of various factors such as the coupling relationship between research,to solve the traditional radial piston pump is the unbalanced radial force,oil supply shocks in the process of the value of some problems,such as to provide beneficial reference.Based on the traditional radial piston pump,the eccentric mechanism is driven by the regular pentagon,and the SolidWorks is used to draw the structure model.The rationality of the model is verified by interference analysis.In the ideal state,the dynamic analysis of the key component plunger rod was carried out with ADMAS software,and the simulation curve changes of the velocity and acceleration were obtained,which laid a foundation for the simulation analysis of the plunger rod in the simulation study of oil absorption and oil discharge.In actual use,the center of a plunger rod and the center of a cylinder hole inclination interval model analysis,the research in the process of piston rod in oil absorption,oil discharge force,then through ANSYS software simulation analysis was carried out on the key components plunger rod,it is concluded that the equivalent stress,equivalent strain nephogram and total deformation nephogram,find out the position of the maximum stress,in view of the plunger rod pump in use process caused by harmful bending moment unbalanced radial force lead to problems such as damage,puts forward the optimization scheme,further to the polygon drive the further research of radial piston pump provide favorable support.In the model,on the basis of the pump in oil absorption,the study of dynamic characteristics in the process of oil discharge,one-way valve core components,as pump unit in the profound study on the structure and working principle of the pump unit,the mathematical model is set up with flow process,through the Matlab/Simulink software simulation model structures,one-way valve,the simulation results and analysis.After a series of analysis,it is found that changing some parameters of the pump unit can affect the plunger chamber pressure,outlet flow rate and valve orifice opening.The analysis results confirm the functional relationship between the plunger chamber pressure,outlet flow rate and valve orifice opening rate with time,which is derived from mathematical principles,and thus effectively reduce the vibration phenomenon in the oil supply process.The influence of piston pair clearance on volumetric efficiency is studied and the coupling relation of various factors such as plunger pair clearance is further studied.
