Data acquisition and recording devices are widely used in the fields of the development,testing,experiment,and maintenance of intelligent transportation and weapon equipment systems such as aircraft,satellite,etc.When conducting flight tests in a real flight environment,the data acquisition and recording device must communicate with the aircraft on the one hand and record the working status and parameters of the aircraft on the other hand.The data acquisition and recording device of the aircraft involves the collection,coding and recording of multiple interface types of data.Therefore,the research and implementation of the multiinterface acquisition and recording technology is of great significance.The dissertation focuses on the research of data collection,coding and recording technology for various communication interfaces,which includes including: circuit design and logic implementation of 1553 B bus interface,LVDS interface and RS422 interface;data mixed frame processing and data recording three parts.Firstly,the dissertationintroduces the research background and significance of the data acquisition and recording device,and designs the overall plan.Secondly,the hardware circuit design and logic implementation were carried out for different communication interfaces,and the data from different interface were combined and framed.Then,the overall design of the storage part and the design of the memory chip control logic were completed.The dissertation uses the VHDL hardware description language to complete the FPGA logic design,and uses a modular design method to divide each module.It focuses on the scheme selection,circuit design,initial configuration of the BU-61580 protocol chip for the 1553 B interface unit,and the solution to the problem of data transmission rate mismatch of multiple communication interfaces.And use CRC + ECC double check mechanism to reliably receive and store the mixed and packaged dataBy building a test platform,the aquisitiong and recording device was tested and verified.The results show that the device can effectively receive and record LVDS data of 16MB/s,RS422 data of 2.4576Mb/s and 1553 B data of 1Mb/s,and the recorded data is true and reliable.
