| With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the air transport industry is growing day by day.In order to meet the needs of air transportation,aviation hub emerges as the times require,and gradually becomes an important force to promote the opening of the urban economy and promote regional development.Through the accessible route network and efficient and fast transportation,the aviation hub strengthens the time and space links between different regions,and provides the network channel and switching platform for the open development of the economy.Planning and construction of aviation hub is gradually an important strategic choice for China to expand its opening to the outside world,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the region.Zhengzhou makes use of its own location advantages and policy advantages to vigorously develop aviation hub and actively integrate into the international aviation network.At the same time,Zhengzhou has also made a major breakthrough in the development of economic opening,with the total amount of imports and exports crossing three hundred billion steps in a row over the past five years.Under the background of the government’s strong support for the development of Zhengzhou aviation hub and the rapid improvement of Zhengzhou economic opening level,this paper studies how aviation hub plays an important role in the improvement of urban economic opening level in the process of open development,and how to affect the open development of urban economy.By combing the research results at home and abroad,it is found that there is still room for expansion of the above domain:(1)At present,there are many literatures on the unilateral study of the development of aviation hub or the level of economic openness,and there is a lack of research on the internal relationship between the two at the comprehensive level.(2)Most of the studies on the relationship between aviation hub and economic opening level are qualitative research,lack of quantitative analysis.Therefore,this paper takes the role of the development of aviation hub on the improvement of urban economic opening level as the main line,and takes Zhengzhou as an example to study the impact of aviation hub on the improvement of urban economic opening level through the network economic effect.First of all,this paper clarifies the concept and connotation of aviation hub and economic openness,and selects 2007-2018 as the research interval.Then,according to the concept and connotation of aviation hub and economic openness,combined with the development reality of Zhengzhou City,the evaluation index system of Zhengzhou aviation hub and economic openness is constructed,and the entropy method is used to measure the evaluation value of Zhengzhou aviation hub development and economic openness.According to the evaluation value,the VAR model is used to empirically analyze the impact of the development of Zhengzhou aviation hub on the degree of economic openness.Finally,it is concluded that the development of Zhengzhou aviation hub plays a positive role in promoting the degree of economic openness.Among them,the accessibility of aviation hub network has the most direct impact on economic openness,and the operation scale and transit capacity of aviation hub have a lag in promoting the positive impact of economic openness.With the increase of the number of periods,the contribution of aviation hub to economic openness gradually increases and tends to be stable,reaching the stage service limit.According to the conclusions of the study,in order to further promote the role of aviation hub in helping Zhengzhou to open up its economy,the following suggestions are put forward: Optimizing the layout of route network and expanding the channel of economic open development;Creating a good policy environment and enhancing the ability of aviation hub to serve the open development of the economy;Freight first,passengers and goods at the same time,to promote Zhengzhou economic opening structure optimization and upgrading. |
