| Military engineering is an essential part of military construction.Introducing BIM into the current construction projects of the army will help to improve the management of such projects.Currently,the application of BIM in military construction is at its starting phase and is below the average level.The existing information management system of military agent construction is not enough for military reform.The study of BIM is to seize this historic opportunity to realize the application of IT and integrated management in military agent construction.This thesis will focus on the management system and standard of BIM in military agent construction,in terms of “full cycle” “whole factor” and “completed main body”.Firstly,based on the study of literatures and the using of BIM by Chinese construction enterprises on construction projects,this paper introduced the application standards of BIM,respectively national standard,industrial standard,and standard in large enterprises.From the perspective of “whole life cycle”,this paper discussed the advantages and applications of BIM in every phase of construction,and proposed the idea of the “BIM+EPC+whole process engineering consulting” system.Secondly,the application of BIM in cost control,quality control and process control was discussed.The mathematical model of multi-attribute utility was established,and its focus is to use BIM technology to make multi-objective decisions.And then,the “whole factor management” was realized in the construction process.Combined with real cases,the process and the result of decision making was evaluated.Thirdly,from the perspective of agent-construction in the army,namely the “full participation management”,this paper studied and analyzed the application of BIM in utilization,construction,design and consulting enterprises.On the basis of current standards,this paper built up the BIM application standard of all main bodies to standardize application management.At last,the preliminary planning of BIM management for a civil-military integration project was modeled and the BIM model was established.According to this research,the “BIM+EPC+whole process engineering consulting” system and part of the standards were established.This paper illustrated the process and advantages of BIM in assisting multi-objective decision-making,provided ways to apply BIM in military agent constructions to improving the management and efficiency of military agent constructions. |
