The arc in the distribution network generates a large amount of harmonics,which is one of the biggest causes of the grounding fault of the busbar and the normal operation of the grid,and the arc-extinguishing device can effectively reduce the generation of harmonics.Harmonic elimination in the distribution network is mainly to eliminate the second harmonic and higher harmonics,eliminating harmonics is conducive to the safe operation of the grid and maintain system stability.The active intervention type flexible grounding device in the distribution network can intelligently judge and deal with the nature of the single-phase ground fault of the distribution network,so that the transient fault can be quickly recovered,and the permanent fault can be quickly cut off and the fault current can be processed.At the same time,it can improve the accuracy of phase selection and line selection when single-phase grounding of the distribution network,effectively eliminate grounding arc,clamp the fault point voltage,limit arc overvoltage,and reduce the occurrence of single-phase ground fault to operators and power system equipment.Hazard.The active intervention type flexible grounding device controller of the distribution network is the device proposed and designed in this paper.This paper first analyzes the current domestic and international research situation of the active intervention type flexible grounding device of the distribution network,and analyzes the national grid company's experimental outline of the device;secondly,it is divided into system overall design,hardware design and software design.The overall design mainly introduces the system configuration scheme,the device principle and the main functions and selection methods of the controller,and then introduces the functions and design schemes of the hardware components in the device.There are mainly interface design,module design,circuit design and human-machine interface design.The software part mainly consists of:proposing the main program design scheme and the flow chart of each part.Under the system module of STM32F207,the composition and working principle of the primary system device,the judgment analysis and processing method of the system fault type are introduced,and the sampling is given.The design of circuit algorithm and the selection of current and voltage RMS calculation formulas;the calculation and performance analysis of current sampling circuit,voltage sampling circuit and high current sampling circuit;then,the digital operation interface of software design is given;In view of the problems and optimization of each part of the current mainstream grounding device,the innovation and advantages of the device are explained.The comparison is mainly reflected in system hardware filtering,digital simulation harmonic filtering analysis and controller interface anti-interference measures analysis.The active intervention type flexible grounding device controller of the distribution network is an improvement of the arc extinguishing device currently used in China.The arc extinguishing device controller and the magnetic recording device are well combined,and the communication function of the device is added to make it more convenient.The upper computer transmits data and other devices to connect.This device reduces the cost of engineering design while making full use of resources.Combined with the future development trend of smart grid,it is believed that it will make great progress.After long-term power-on test and enterprise use,the device is stable in operation and reliable in analysis.It is a device with broad prospects and practical engineering application value.
