Studying On Communication Space Design Of The Historical And Cultural Blocks Basing On "Urban Dual Repairing" Policy

In 2017,China Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development launched the"urban dual repairing" policy,marking that Chinese urban governance has been in a transformation period.At this present stage,the main problem of the city development is that the original urban functions cannot meet the rapidly growing urban residents' needs,and the contradiction is particularly prominent as the Historical and Cultural Blocks are the most special existence in the old city.Historical and Cultural Blocks retain the cultural memory of a city,which is a valuable historical wealth of a city,and is the city's unique identity.However,the transformation of the historical and cultural blocks the road is facing a difficult situation,because of such a historical inertia,especially the early urban governance focused on the block material conditions,lack of the research on neighborhood residents' spiritual needs,so that the urban development policy ends with a gentle phenomenon issue.The capital drives away aborigines,just keeping the antique structures in the Historical and Culture Block,destroying the real culture historical memories.So this article aims to analyzing the problems in the early procession of urban development of the Historical and Cultural Blocks,basing on the urban dual repairing policy and the analysis of neighborhood residents association activities,to make out the way of designing the historical and cultural blocks communication space,and try to build an appropriate neighborhood communication environment,and reactivate the Historical and Cultural Blocks.Finally,establishing a communication road between the modern city and the Historical and Cultural Blocks,make sure the block residents can also enjoy the city bonuses.
