Since 1970s,corporate entrepreneurship(CE)rises globally.CE activities gradually increase especially when it comes into the twenty-first century,it is an effective way for domestic enterprises like Huawei,Haier and so on.In face of their enterprise transformation.Since the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan,the domestic economy is under the downward pressure,and the Chinese economy has entered the "new normal" of economic transformation.In order to cope with the economic downturn,China has put forward the new strategy of"public entrepreneurship and innovation".At the same time,construction industry is facing new challenges in the following aspects:overcapacity,rapid decline in investment,the traditional construction market shrinking,transformation and upgrading.SSHJ's main business and traditional advantages are concentrated in the construction field of coal chemical industry,there is a big limitation in it's business units which is homogeneous with other competitive companies.In the case of market fluctuations in the industry,SSHJ is facing a series of problems and challenges.Under such a background,SSHJ explores and studies the company's entrepreneurial activities in depth,to achieve a diferent transformation.At first,this paper reviews the company's entrepreneurial background and related theories,analyzes the confronting problems and challenges of SSHJ at present.This paper also gives an interpretation on the necessity of CE by learning from the functions of CE revealed in the entrepreneurial experience of other corporations in home and abroad.The paper thinks that it is necessary for SSHJ to choose CE,and there are three advantages:CE can help SSHJ to achieve the transformation and upgrading,to enhance the core competitiveness of the company,and to retain the entrepreneurial talents for the company to stimulate its development.Then,the paper analyzes the entrepreneurial environment and foundation of SSHJ emphatically,and constructs the path of CE for SSHJ mainly from the standpoint of entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial team.In addition,by learning from the experience of Haier.Three CE modes for SSHJ are put forward,i.e.,corporate entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship by introducing external workers and on-post employees' entrepreneurship.Furthermore,the specific implementation plans which aim at the said CE modes are put forward,namely,joint shareholding management contracting reform plan,infrastructure company setting up plan;RJ company mixed ownership reform plan.At last,the paper discusses the CE management of SSHJ,and formulates the company's CE plan and develops safeguards for the implementation of company's CE plan.For the company's CE strategy,the paper points out three business development directions for the future development:Firstly,to plowing the market of traditional main industry deeply;secondly,to exploit the business on infrastructure engineering and to develop new business models;thirdly,to expand a variety of business on new industries and engineering.Through the study on SSHJ's CE path,this paper points out the direction for the enterprise's next transformation and development,as well as provides some references for the construction industry to explore the transformation under the new circumstances.
