Valuation Of Photovoltaic Power Generation Enternrises Under The Background Of Carbon Trading Market

New energy power generation enterprises are the key development enterprises in China.As a rising star,photovoltaic power generation enterprises have the characteristics of short power generation cycle and continuous clean energy.Its listing,bankruptcy and reorganization require us to conduct an objective and comprehensive value analysis.Under the background of carbon trading market,carbon and its derivatives can be calculated and traded quantitatively.Carbon and its related new energy products are more and more involved in the transaction.This puts forward new requirements for our assessment field and provides new assessment ideas.We need a comprehensive evaluation method to apply to the photovoltaic enterprise value evaluation.In the practice of new energy photovoltaic enterprise value evaluation,not only its economic value but also its external value to the environment due to reducing carbon emissions should be considered.On the basis of previous studies,this paper takes photovoltaic enterprises as the research object,combined with the characteristics of current new energy photovoltaic enterprises,divides the value of photovoltaic enterprises into two parts: the first part is the enterprise value evaluated by the method of economic value added(EVA).EVA method can avoid the possibility of profit manipulation and increase the accuracy of evaluation results by using open financial data;the other part is the added value of carbon emission reduction evaluated by LCA.The specific accounting data comes from the open financial statements of enterprises and the relevant data of carbon trading market.Through specific accounting,it can be concluded that the evaluation value of new energy photoelectric enterprises is higher than its market value.In the existing research,the externality of new energy enterprises to the environment is ignored,which will affect the accuracy of the enterprise value evaluation results,making the enterprise managers pay attention to the short-term interests and ignore the long-term interests.New energy enterprises should not ignore the value of carbon emission reduction in the assessment practice,and try to use a variety of assessment methods to increase the accuracy of the assessment results.It is of great significance for the whole market,investors and business operators to explore a comprehensive evaluation method suitable for new energy photoelectric enterprises.The business market can accurately understand the influencing factors of value evaluation and formulate relevant evaluation plans.Investors can more objectively analyze market trends,and the business value is more accurate and the market operation is more stable.
