In recent years,China’s road traffic has been developing rapidly.In terms of the construction of modern urban pedestrian Bridges,considering to adapt to the existing vehicular traffic network,the linear shape is often curved,and the steel structure is an easy material for building Bridges.Therefore,curved steel truss bridge is widely used in urban pedestrian bridge construction.Compared with the segment-lifting method,the construction of curved steel truss bridge in navigable inland rivers by the push-up method has the advantages of less interference,less equipment required,quick construction and high efficiency.Research about pushing the curve steel truss girders construction at home and abroad at present in the initial stage,the curve of steel truss for more systematic and comprehensive study of mechanical characteristics and its jacking construction technology,based on the curve of three spans continuous steel truss,pedestrian bridge in changsha liuyang river bridge(Han bridge)as the engineering background,the construction process of han bridge jacking method to analyze the simulation calculation,and emphatically the key conditions of the main girder internal force,linear,and the important factors influencing the curve of steel truss pushing construction has carried on the analysis,the specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)through systematic review of domestic and foreign literature,the development status and existing problems of the jacking construction of curved steel truss bridge at home and abroad are summarized.At the same time,the structural characteristics and mechanical characteristics of curved steel girder bridge are summarized,and the calculation theory of curved beam bridge and steel truss bridge is expounded;(2)the curve of three spans continuous steel truss in changsha,liuyang river pedestrian bridge(Han bridge)101,pushing the construction process of subdivision and screening the seven key working condition of Midas/Civil finite element model is established,the process of pushing the construction and into a state of the bridge are analyzed in the simulation calculation,the research on the stress its overall performance,analyzed the stress state of bridge structure in the process of construction,operation;bridge structure in the process of construction,operation;(3)the professional finite element calculation software ANSYS was used to establish the overall and local analysis models of the most unfavorable working conditions of the jacking construction of han bridge.The comparison and analysis of the most unfavorable working conditions of the jacking construction of the bridge and the Midas calculation results were conducted,and the local stress of the main truss was verified to meet the requirements under the most unfavorable working conditions;(4)combined with the targeted Midas finite element model,the paper calculated and analyzed the thrust force,stability and demolition sequence of temporary piers,and the thrust track of main beam and other important factors affecting the construction during the jacking process of hanqiao.It provides a reference for the design and construction of similar Bridges.
