With the continuous improvement of economic level,domestic and international transport by leaps and bounds,all kinds of novel structure,unique shape of the bridge rising.The composite structure of beam and arch is more and more popular with bridge designers because of its beautiful shape and strong ability to cross.At home and abroad for long span continuous beam arch composite bridge adopts integral jacking construction method of precedent is very small,and it is developed in recent years,it is necessary to push the construction process of arch bridge on the beam simulation calculation and analysis.Therefore,this paper takes a bridge as an engineering support,simulates and calculates the jacking construction process of the bridge,and analyzes the related problemsThis paper first summarizes the principle,classification and characteristics of the pushing construction method.The basic solution process of the finite element method and the modeling method of the push method are expounded.Secondly,briefly introduces the engineering background of the project,the process of pushing and pushing construction equipment of some principle,and the bridge force characteristics,using finite element software MIDAS to establish the spatial model of the bridge,the whole process of pushing the implementation of simulation,and obtained the corresponding results provide.The theoretical support for the construction process of the bridge.At the same time,take in the bridge structure are arranged on the stress sensor,real-time and continuous monitoring of the actual bridge jacking construction process,the measured stress value,the theoretical value and comparative analysis,and the simulation results verify the implementation.The maximum deflection of the guide beam and the main structure appears in the maximum cantilever state,and the construction stage is 3-2(cumulative pushing distance 294m),and the deflection value of the guide beam is:-334 mm.The deflection under the main structure is:-115 mm.The actual measurement data show that the arch rib stress is in the range of-127.8MPa~156.1MPa,the data as the maximum point sensor received disturbances caused a deviation stress,only as a reference system;beam stress is in the range of-263.4MPa~201.4MPa;temporary pole stress is in the range of-217.1MPa~ 109.3MPa;beam root stress is in the range of-216.6MPa~174.4MPa.Finally,according to the simulation results of the continuous beam arch composite bridge with the thrust of the construction of the characteristics of the structure,the structure of the beam and temporary pier of the relevant analysis.The parameters of the guide beam are analyzed,and the structural optimization scheme is put forward.At the same time,through the analysis of the height deviation of the temporary pier top cushion beam,the influence of the pier top reaction force and the structural stress on the top of the pier is obtained.
