With the rapid development of the shipping economy,China's shipping market has gradually matured, and competition among shipping companies has become increasingly fierce. The scientific management plan and the formulation of efficient business plans are gradually becoming an important means for shipping companies to strengthen cost control and gain competitive advantage. With the gradual improvement of the transportation system, more and more comprehensive enterprises choose to outsource the logistics business in order to focus on the development of core business and cost savings; At the same time,large-scale integrated enterprises often have a wide range of suppliers and component sources, and have different requirements for the transportation time of different supplier nodes.Under this circumstance, the problem that the shipping company needs to solve as a carrier in formulating the component transportation plan is more complicated and the shipping company faces many challenges. How to arrange transportation time reasonably, choose appropriate component transportation mode, develop scientific component transportation plan for customers, and reduce the total transportation cost while meeting customer transportation requirements is a key concern of shipping companies and a key to this research. This paper is based on the perspective of the shipping company, and studies the design of component transportation plan for enterprise A.Firstly,on the basis of detailed analysis of the development background of domestic and foreign shipping industry, the existing researches on transportation design and ship scheduling at home and abroad are discussed, and the differences and connections with the research in this paper are highlighted.Secondly,it introduces the basic concept and significance of transportation design systematically. When introducing the choice of transportation mode,it analyzes the characteristics of liner shipping and shipping company's own ship transportation in shipping market, and expounds the cost of shipping company's component transportation. All above pave the way for the establishment of the model and the formulation of the transportation plan. After that, based on the component transportation demand of A enterprise, this paper establishes a mathematical model with the minimum goal of the self-owned ship operating cost, liner shipping cost, time window penalty cost, and waiting cost, which consider the two modes of transportation:liner shipping and own ship transportation, from the perspective of the shipping company. Finally, considering that the problem studied is NP-hard problem, this paper designs a heuristic algorithm combining genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm to solve the mathematical model based on the characteristics of component transportation problem of enterprise A.Based on the data of A enterprise, the best solution for component transportation of A enterprise is obtained.the supplier node and time using liner shipping are given, and the number of ships, the type of ship, the departure time of the ship, the estimated arrival time of the ship and the ship's path are given used in the transportation of their own ships. In the effectiveness experiment, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparing the hybrid algorithm with the traditional genetic algorithm. In view of the fact that the liner has a specific port of call and cannot realize the cargo transportation of all the component supply port of the enterprise, this paper verifies the effectiveness of the scheme by comparing with the component transportation plan of the own ship that does not consider the liner transportation. The design of the transportation program provides a useful reference for shipping companies.
