Research On Modern Product Design Based On Traditional Weaving Technology

Today,with the continuous development of society,people's material life and spiritual world are increasingly rich,and people gradually realize the importance of culture.Culture is the core part of a nation and the crystallization of social development.Traditional weaving technology is a kind of Chinese traditional handicraft with a long history and the crystallization of Chinese wisdom.However,the traditional weaving technology has become relatively unfamiliar to most people in the contemporary era,and many people gradually forget these ancient weaving technologies.Combining the inheritance of traditional culture with the popularization of culture,improving people's understanding of the culture and production technology behind traditional fabrics,and arousing people's interest in learning traditional weaving technology,which is undoubtedly a very beneficial thing for the inheritance of traditional culture.With the advent of the industrial era,a large number of traditional handicraft factories have been replaced by machine-based factories.The traditional weaving process is facing the situation of no one to follow.Therefore,we should think about how to spread excellent traditional culture through Chinese original products.In the research of product design,we need to enlarge the interactive experience between products and consumers,and acquire knowledge from the interesting interactive experience.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the traditional weaving technology,and tries to explore the application of traditional weaving technology in product design.Through the expression of products,readers can further deepen their understanding of Chinese traditional culture,so as to better inherit Chinese traditional culture.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,first of all,the research background,significance and purpose are described,and the feasibility of this study is established.Then it analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,and finds the key points,innovation points and difficulties.Finally,this paper introduces the research methods and related research content,explains and defines the research object,so as to clarify the research scope and direction.The second part is to explore and analyze the traditional weaving process,briefly summarize the traditional weaving process,and sort out the process flow of the traditional weaving process.As an important tool in weaving technology,the loom will focus on the shape and working principle of the loom used in weaving,and briefly introduce other weaving tools.The third part is the application and research of traditional weaving technology in product design.First of all,through the investigation of the product design based on traditional weaving technology in the market at present,the product types and functions are analyzed and compared.At the same time,the characteristics of users' needs are obtained by questionnaire survey,and the new orientation of product design based on traditional manufacturing technology is summarized.The fourth part is also the last part of the paper.By analyzing the design principles and modern design methods for traditional culture,we can find the balance between them and think about the new forms of product presentation.At the same time,combing out the content to be displayed,extracting and simplifying each process of the traditional manufacturing process,making it more intuitive and clear.The content of traditional weaving technology is presented in a new way and given a new design language.This chapter focuses on the practice of traditional weaving technology in modern product design,puts forward specific design methods and implementation plans,draws detailed design drawings,and makes physical objects.
