But with the development of modern industrial process, a lot of cold, mass production of industrial products arises at the historic moment, traditional handicrafts are gradually withdrew from the historical stage.Daoming bamboo weaving materials of green environmental protection, low carbon, sustainable, natural pollution-free, itself with faint scent. And the price is low, is practical, applicability and uniqueness. But it is being abandoned, How to use traditional materials combined with modem technology and modern design, the traditional culture in mining, the author tries to suit a point of traditional and modem material design to analyze the material in the application of space expression, for how to use the traditional materials in the design of modern space to find some way for reference. Based on the research of the traditional material, try to find "traditional materials" and "modern design" organic combination of the method, this paradox is the tradition with modern organically unifies in together.The author by looking for Daoming bamboo weaving and suit a point in space and display design, through the use of modern technology, the development of modern design and modern aesthetic idea, explore the Daoming bamboo weaving the possibility of transformation in a public space and display design, make the Daoming bamboo weaving a better inheritance and development, let more people know and love the Daoming of bamboo culture.In this paper, at first through the on-the-spot investigation, methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, analyzed the Daoming bamboo weaving in space and display design transformation of purpose and meaning. And put forward the concept of "landscape pastoral, Cycling Chongzhou". In the second part specifically for Daoming bamboo resources, elaborates the history, technique, with the injury of Daoming. the analysis of Daoming bamboo weaving industry faces opportunities and challenges, through regional and bamboo weaving art design, and return to local design analysis of value used in space and display design. In the third part through to the bamboo culture and bamboo weaving beauty, explore the bamboo weaving the possibility of transformation in the space and display design.
