Since 2006,wind power has developed rapidly under the support of the state.After more than a decade of fast development,China has the world's largest number of wind turbines connected to the grid,according to the national energy administration.However,the detection technology of all aspects of wind power equipment in China is in the immature stage,only scheduled maintenance and reparative maintenance are adopted in the field.Scheduled maintenance takes the form of regular maintenance,and it is impossible to fully understand the current operating state of wind turbines.In reparative maintenance,due to the sudden failure,we can not make full preparation,the time for maintenance is too long,at the same time the secondary damage caused by the injury situation usually is more serious,The status of wind power equipment maintenance puts forward great requirements for equipment status detection.In this paper,the application of vibration detection and analysis technology in electromechanical equipment is introduced into new energy wind turbines,and special vibration analysis solutions are proposed according to the special operating environment of wind turbines.Through the study of the mechanical structure and operation characteristics,the normal operation frequency and failure frequency of each component for the wind turbine are calculated,and frequency signals are collected on site and converted into frequency domain signals,By analyzing,Judge the current operation state of wind turbine and the type and severity of the upcoming fault,locate the fault,analyze its cause and trend,predict the period during which the equipment can operate safely,and determine the time and method for the next maintenance of the equipment.Track the vibration monitoring signal of wind power generation equipment regularly,carry out predictive maintenance according to the operation state,and change the maintenance system.The in-depth application of vibration monitoring technology in wind turbine sets can timely and accurately monitor the operation status of wind turbine sets and ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of wind turbine sets.It is of great significance to guarantee the safe operation of wind turbine sets and keep the sustainable development of China's new energy market.
