At present,China has entered the mid-term acceleration stage of urbanization process,and the improvement of urbanization level will greatly promote the growth of the total mileage of urban roads and the improvement of road quality.Under the background of rapid economic development and accelerating urbanization process in China,the growth of fixed assets investment in the whole society has greatly promoted the development of China's construction industry.A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.belongs to the construction industry with many years of business experience in road and bridge project contracting and construction.It takes the general contracting of engineering construction and PPP mode as its main business mode.It has a complete business system and the ability to operate independently directly in the market.It also has the super-grade general contracting of highway engineering construction,the municipalpublic utilities construction general contracting super qualification,and the foreign aid complete project general contracting enterprise qualification at the same time.The change of economic cycle is closely related to the development of construction industry.The operation of national economy,the development of urbanization and other factors will be directly transmitted to the construction industry.Although there are many opportunities in the external macro environment,China's construction market is huge and the number of construction enterprises is large.With the development of multi-ownership construction enterprises,the construction capacity is relatively excessive,and the construction industry has been in a state of complete competition,which poses a certain challenge for A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.In this context,this paper combines theory with practice to reorganize the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages in the development process of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.,the appropriate competitive strategies is selected and formulated for the company.Firstly,this paper analyses the macro-environment and industry environment of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.,through PEST analysis model and five-force competition model,and combs out the opportunities existing in its external environment,such as healthy and stable political situation,policy support for infrastructure shortage board,wide market demand for road and bridge construction abroad.Broad and domestic economic development promotes the growth of fixed assets investment,the upgrading of consumption structure and the transformation of consumption concept,which indirectly stimulate the demand of the industry,the mature technology of road and bridge construction industry and the weak bargaining power of suppliers.The challenges and threats mainly include as follows:complex and severe international economic situation,highly competition exists in the industry.Potential entrants have greater threats and strong bargaining power of customers.Based on these analyses,using EFE matrix quantitative evaluation we found that the current strategy of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.did not have the ability to minimize the potential adverse effects of external threats and did not effectively utilize the existing opportunitiesSecondly,the internal conditions of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.are sorted out from two aspects of enterprise resources and capabilities,and found that:compared with its competitors,advantages of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.are summarized as follows:obvious technological advantages,leading business qualification,low level of operational risk,relatively strong solvency and strong profitability ability and strong development ability;the main disadvantages are:organizational structure is needed to be optimized,human resources s needed to be improved,operational capacity is needed to be improved and dividend distribution ability is weak.On this basis,the IFE matrix is used to quantitatively evaluate the key internal factors of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.The results show that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.Finally,through SWOT analysis matrix,the key elements such as opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses in the operating environment of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.are combined to form an alternative competitive strategy.Through QSPM matrix,this paper chooses the differentiated competition strategy of SO portfolio for A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.and formulates specific implementation approaches from four aspects:management innovation,technology innovation,business innovation and brand building.It also puts forward implementation security of the competition strategy from five aspects:organization security,culture security,resource security,financial security and information security.In short,this paper comprehensively uses qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation to study the competitive strategy of A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.and puts forward the implementation methods and security measures of the strategy.The research process is conducive for A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.to correctly evaluates its own situation,and the research conclusion plays an important role for A Luqiao Group Co.,Ltd.to make effective allocation of enterprise resources,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
