| With the development of domestic economy,the maritime transport industry is becoming more and more important.In order to ensure the reliability and safety of the maritime transport hub,it is particularly important to construct orderly maritime transport corridors and effectively manage the port vessel traffic.It is not only necessary to ensure the orderly navigation of ships at sea,but also to be able to timely judge the safety of ship trajectory and warn potential dangers.So that ships can better avoid risks at sea and facilitate the management and maintenance of maritime traffic.As an important part of the ship traffic management system,the early warning system of port ship traffic management plays an important role in maintaining the order of port traffic and monitoring the navigation of ships at sea.This paper focuses on the analysis and design of the system.The early warning system of port vessel traffic management consists of four modules:area plotting,warning engine,data analysis and processing,and chart warning.We use GDI+technology to draw the monitoring area,and improve the regional monitoring including monitoring area,meeting area,grounding area,mooring area,waterway area and reporting line,and complete the regional detection under the concurrent control of multi-threads.The detection mainly includes the location detection between targets and regions,the detection of the shortest meeting time and the minimum meeting distance between targets,and the detection is completed.After that,the alarm ship information is analyzed and processed,and the alarm content is output to the chart interface for display.The display forms include event list display,indicator color conversion and buzzer alarm.Port vessel traffic management early warning system has played a very good early warning effect in vessel traffic management.It can help operators real-time monitor vessel trajectory,better avoid potential dangers from maritime transportation,and effectively solve the monitoring and management of maritime traffic safety in coastal cities. |
