Abstract/Summary:
The electrical control combination is the key functional unit of the missile electrical system.It is mainly used for power supply and distribution control of the whole system,power supply control of short-term power supply equipment,amplification of attitude signal of engine solenoid valve,generation and transformation of off-line signals,etc.The model puts forward a high reliability requirement for the electrical control combination.To ensure the reliability of the missile,a highly reliable design of the electrical control combination is required.This thesis adopts the integrated and modular design concept,and carries out the overall functional framework and three modules design of power supply and distribution module,power supply control module and signal conversion module.It mainly carried out the system-wide power supply switching circuit,power supply disconnect logic circuit,test termination signal isolation drive amplifier circuit,short-term equipment power supply measurement and control voltage output circuit,signal conversion amplifier circuit high reliability circuit design;Structurally,the bus bar design,the modular design of the three-layer structure,the modeling using Creo software,the thermodynamic simulation analysis of Ansys software,the analysis results prove that the structural design of the electrical control combination can meet the design technical requirements.The component stress analysis method is used to analyze the reliability of the electrical control combination.In this thesis,the design of electrical control combination design,using magnetic retention relay coil contact parallel redundancy method,contact load derating design,coil transient suppression and other methods,designed a system-wide power supply switching circuit;using optocoupler drive relay,relay touch Point parallel connection,increase transient suppression circuit,designed the test termination signal isolation drive amplifier circuit,which effectively improved the circuit reliability.The signal conversion module is designed with anti-common mode interference proportional operation amplifying circuit,which has high common mode rejection ratio and realizes 8 times signal conversion amplification of 14-way engine solenoid valve.The bus bar power feeding mode is adopted to reduce the connection of the wire or the cable network,thereby saving the space occupied by the feeder line,effectively reducing the power line interference to the circuit and the noise of the feeding system,and the voltage drop and ground potential drift in the circuit.The modular design of the three-layer structure enables an integrated,small-volume design.The trial production of the electrical control combination was carried out,and the technical indicators were comprehensively evaluated and verified from the aspects of processing,production,assembly,screening,testing,and user loading of parts;According to the reliability prediction,the calculation results are the transmission reliability RFS: 0.999978,flight reliability RFX: 0.99969,and adopt the FMECA reliability verification analysis design flaws,and the reliability of the weak link is corrected to meet the model reliability requirements.
