As the separation and carrier of indoor and outdoor energy and climate condition,Architectural surface plays an important role in the adjustment of indoor environment and the effective utilization of outdoor environmental resources.The traditional fixed architectural surface of Residential Buildings in cold region difficult to meet the dual requirements of building energy conservation and indoor comfort due to the lack of strain capacity to the external climate.The dynamic adaptive skin comprehensively considers the functional,performance,safety,construction and aesthetic requirements of the building to integrate various appropriate active and passive technologies and building component modules through flexible selection,so that the Architectural surface has the dual functions of "protection" and "utilization".It can be dynamically adjusted according to the outdoor climate environment and the needs of indoor users,so as to better adapt to the external climate conditions,improve the building indoor environment,reduce energy waste,improve the living and working quality of residents,and promote the standardized and industrial production and construction of building skin.The research of dynamic adaptive Architectural facade is an important content of sustainable building research and design.This thesis analyzes the influence of architectural surface on building energy consumption,and the relationship between indoor environment,climatic conditions,architectural surface and building energy consumption,by studying domestic and foreign theoretical and practical results in such aspects as energy conservation skin,dynamic skin,heat-transfer of building envelope.Taking jinan area as an example,the thesis annlyzes the characteristics of outdoor temperature,light and wind environment in cold areas,and summarizes the common practices of residential buildings epidermis in cold areas.A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the present situation and existing problems of residential building epidermis in jinan.By analyzing and summarizing the skin characteristics of residential buildings,the thesis discusses the application feasibility of related active and passive energy saving technology.The thesis summarizes and analyzes the design requirements,performance characteristics and technology points of the dynamic adaptive skin,and put forward the design idea of modular integration of residential building dynamic adaptive skin model,then studies and constructs the theoretical model framework of dynamic adaptive skin model,and expounds the integration strategy,integration technology and working principle of this model in detail.Through the comparative analysis of the heat transfer resistance between the traditional envelope and the dynamic adaptive epidermis,it is proved that the thermal performance of the dynamic adaptive epidermis is much better than that of the traditional envelope,and its ability to buffer the external heat to the indoor temperature distribution is also stronger.The heat transfer and fluid flow in the dynamic epidermis were simulated,and the temperature field and flow field distribution in different working conditions were compared and analyzed.
