Aiming at the problem of perinatal pregnant women's ECG monitoring, based on non-invasive small medical monitoring wearable equipment, this paper introduces the current research status of domestic and foreign pregnant women's ECG monitoring wearable equipment, the latest research progress of non-invasive pregnant women's ECG monitoring equipment, small non-clothing and clothing pregnant women's ECG monitoring equipment, and combs and analyzes the realization of sensing technology and clothing functional design requirements.Among them, the research on the daily dynamic effect between the ECG monitoring clothing and the skin of pregnant women is the focus of this paper. The main purpose of the study is to find out a better electrode distribution and structure selection design for the design of ECG monitoring clothing for pregnant women, and to carry out preliminary experimental exploration for the research of ECG monitoring clothing for pregnant women.Using the methods of literature, experiment, statistical analysis and other research methods, and based on previous research results, three electrode distribution modes that are most suitable for pregnant women's daily clothing are selected. At the same time, four experimental samples were designed according to market research, namely, high waist without additional structure, high waist and abdomen double-layer abdomen support, high waist and abdomen hook and loop, high waist without additional structure+abdomen support belt.According to the results of literature research, six pregnant women's daily movements are determined, namely, movement 1,standing in situ, movement 2,going up and down stairs, movement 3,movement 4,stride forward and backward in legs, movement 5,stride left and right in legs, movement 6,sitting up and standing up,with both hands supporting the waist during lower limb movement.Static pressure experiment and dynamic pressure experiment are carried out on the three distribution modes and structural design. In addition,three-dimensional infrared dynamic capture system is used to measure and analyze the displacement stability of four styles and three electrode distribution modes under action 1,action 2 and action 3.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Under static pressure: As for the uniformity of static pressure of style, style 2 has the best uniformity, followed by style 4,style 1 and style 3;In terms of static electrode distribution mode, the electrode distribution mode of distribution 2 has more uniform pressure, followed by distribution 1 and distribution 3.(2)Dynamic pressure: From the point of view of the best style and the best distribution under each action, style 3 does not belong to the best style under any action, and distribution 3 does not show the best distribution.Under dynamic conditions, other styles other than style 3 are preferentially selected when selecting the styles of the ECG monitoring clothing for pregnant women, and the pressure stability degree of style 3 and distribution 3 is lower than that of other styles and other distributions.(3)Dynamic displacement: In the displacement experiment, the distribution of style 1 and style 2-displacement stability is better, and the displacement changes of the two styles aresimilar. The displacement variation uniformity of model 3 is better. The distribution of styles 3 and 4 and the stability of displacement 2 are better. In Exercise 2 and Exercise 3,Style 1,Style 2 and Style 4 all show that the displacement degree of Distribution 2 is small. However,in all sports, style 3 is distributed with a smaller degree of displacement. In exercise one,all styles are distributed with a small degree of displacement. There are 35 pictures,50 tables and 84 references.
