With the China's universal two-child policy landing officially,the proportion of older pregnant women is rising rapidly.The considerably rising risk of childbirth such as premature delivery,abortion and perinatal deaths has posed new challenges to reproductive quality,women's health and maternal and child health.In particular,the proportion of premature children has showed an upward trend year by year.Premature babies not only have a low survival rate,but also have a large degree of defects in the development of neural intelligence.To prevent premature delivery and improve the quality of the population is becoming more and more urgent.The key to prevent prematurity is early diagnosis and early treatment.Uterine contraction is one of the core parameters of antepartum monitoring.Uterine contraction is the most commonly approbatory symptom of preterm labor,and the decrease of the times of uterine contraction is the main indication for the effective intervention of preterm labor.Traditional clinical fetal monitoring products can only be used in hospitals and require doctors to make a diagnosis.On the one hand,because of the limiting of "time",the pregnant women can only receive guardianship at the prescribed time and can not be monitored on demand or day by day.On the other hand,owning to the "space" restriction,pregnant women can only go to the hospital for guardianship and they are moving inconveniently.Pregnancy check-ups are time-consuming and laborious,which increases the burden of pregnant women.Therefore,using the new generation of information technology to develop mobile and convenient home monitoring system can break the limitation of time and space and detect the premature birth symptoms timely and early for intervening timely.It has great significance in preventing the occurrence of preterm birth and improving the overall quality of the population.The paper designed a palmtop intelligent network monitoring terminal for home use to build a closed loop system for pregnant women's home uterine contraction monitoring,which integrates wearable intelligent hardware + cloud server + We-Chat public number.And the real-time detection and analysis of uterine contraction is realized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Designed the hardware of intelligent monitoring system for pregnant women's uterine contraction,which mainly included the collection and conditioning circuit of uterine contraction and pressure signal,main controller and peripheral circuit,Wi-Fi wireless transmission circuit and so on.The collecting the conditioning circuit realized the high quality collection of the contraction pressure signal and reduced the noise interference at the same time.The main controller and the peripheral circuit realized the control of the contraction signal processing and the interaction of man-machine such as the capacitance touch screen and the speech broadcast.The Wi-Fi wireless transmission circuit realized that the data uploaded to the server.(2)Designed the software of intelligent monitoring system for pregnant women's uterine contraction,which mainly included the software design of the palm terminal and the design of the We-Chat public number.The palm terminal software implemented the display and result analysis of the contraction waveform and controlled the Wi-Fi module to transmit the data to the server.The We-Chat public number achieved the analysis and result query of the historical survey data of the smartphone terminal and had the push function of the information of pregnancy check-ups and health information.(3)Designed the intelligent recognition algorithm for the uterine contractions signal,which mainly included the uterine contractions signal's de-noising algorithm and the uterine contraction signal's recognition algorithm.A de-noising algorithm of uterine contraction signal based on the wavelet OGS(Overlapping Group Shrinkage)threshold was proposed,which can effectively filter the noise interference from the contraction signal.A recognition of uterine contraction signal algorithm based on the dynamic adaptive threshold and Hilbert transform was proposed,which can accurately locate the peak point of the uterine contraction signal.(4)Designed the verification test of the system performance,which mainly included the verification of the simulated uterine contraction signal and verification of the clinical test.The verification of simulation signal used the PS320 fetal simulator of Fluke to simulate the contraction signal and verify the performance of the system algorithm.A series clinical test was implemented in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital to verify the performance of the whole system.In this paper,the uterine contraction home intelligence monitoring system for perinatal pregnant women has been designed to realize the real time detection and analysis of the uterine contraction.It can provide early warning of preterm birth that can enable pregnant women to complete a long-term continuous monitoring in home.
