With the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,more and more enterprises use industrial manipulators instead of people to complete their work.Therefore,there is a great market demand for industrial manipulators,it is an urgent problem to design industrial manipulators quickly to meet the needs of users.The design of industrial manipulator is a tedious and time-consuming process,and requires a variety of design knowledge to cooperate with each other.In this paper based on the knowledge through the design method of case reasoning to complete industrial manipulator design,the design method of the case-based reasoning is made by previous cases or design experience to solve the problem of the current design,on the basis of the design method of industrial manipulator is constructed rapid design system,aims to improve the design efficiency and shorten the design cycle and can achieve the reuse of knowledge and efficient management.The article firstly studies the composition,structure,technical parameters and design flow of industrial manipulators.By analyzing the design features of industrial manipulator,a fast design method based on knowledge and supported by case-based reasoning design is proposed,then the overall framework of the rapid design method is determined and its key technologies are studied.By studying the classification,acquisition and expression of industrial manipulator knowledge,the knowledge base of each characteristic item parameter information,instance model and document of the acquired manipulator instance was established by using SQL Server 2008 database.Design method of case reasoning is the most core reasoning retrieval technology,this paper mainly uses the nearest neighbor algorithm to calculate the similarity of each feature and then weighted overall similarity of instances,and interference in order to reduce the individual items for the calculation of similarity,using the analytic hierarchy process to weight distribution in order to improve the calculation accuracy.Finally,the design knowledge of industrial manipulator is combined with case-based reasoning retrieval technology,based on Solidworks and Visual Basic 6.0 is used as the development tool and SQL Server 2008 is used as the database to build the prototype system of rapid design of industrial manipulator.This paper introduces the functions of instance retrieval,instance modification and instance maintenance module of the system,and then applies the system through the design of industrial manipulator,and realizes the rapid design of industrial manipulator by means of man-machine interaction.Figures 50,Tables 16,References 62.
