With the rapid development of China's logistics industry,the warehousing demand of three-dimensional,super-high-rise and high utilization ratio is increasing.At the same time,it requires high efficiency of logistics equipment operation,excellent ergonomics,safe and comfortable operation,energy saving and consumption reduction.At present,such high-performance logistics products are monopolized by international top companies such as CROWN,Raymond and YUNGHEINRICH.In order to break the international monopoly of high-performance forklift trucks,this paper designs and develops 1.8 ton forklift trucks in the forklift forward series.The main work is as follows:1)The performance index system of the vehicle is determined on the basis of a large number of investigations of this type of products on the domestic and foreign markets.And the overall scheme and design principles of the vehicle are developed,the performance of the whole machine is calculated,and the transmission system,power system and lifting components are designed.2)The active and passive safety system has been developed,and the logic principle of active and passive safety control has been designed.The whole set of safety technologies has been realized such as automatic speed reduction of vehicle,automatic speed reduction of fork operation,automatic braking,emergency braking,anti-maloperation of handles,safety pedals and so on.The safety performance of forklift has been significantly improved.3)Energy saving and energy storage technology of forklift truck is designed and developed.The heat from the overflow of hydraulic system can be reduced by the reasonable matching of oil pump and lifting components so that the oil pump motor can avoid operating on high power and current condition.Therefore,the comprehensive energy saving and consumption reduction can be realized.At present,the electric forklift has been developed successfully,and the relatedperformance of the prototype has been tested.The test results show that the active and passive safety,energy saving and energy storage,maneuverability and vehicle performance of the electric forklift truck are good,and all the indexes meet the expected design requirements.
