As a kind of isolation system with step by step vibration reduction,the double-layer isolation system is widely used in the field of naval engineering because of its efficient isolation effect at high frequency.Compared with the good isolation effect in the high frequency,the effect in the lower frequency is not well,especially near the resonance frequency.In order to improve the isolation effect of double-layer isolation system in the range of low frequency,this paper takes the double-layer isolation system as the research object and imports the technology of semi-active control.The idea of power flow analysis is applied to design control strategy,and a new semi-active switch control algorithm is proposed.With the transfer power flow rate as the evaluation parameter,the isolation effect of double-layer isolation system controlled by passive control,two kinds of skyhook algorithm and the new algorithm is simulated and tested,which proves the effectiveness of the new algorithm.The main contributions are as follows:(1)Establish the dynamic model of double-layer isolation system with flexible foundation,derive the physical parameter expressions of force transmission rate,insertion loss,vibration level drop,foundation vibration response,power flow transmission rate and transmission power flow drop according to the definition.Discuss the influence of the parameters of the isolation system on power flow transmission rate with the change of excitation frequency,and analyze the transfer characteristics of power flow.(2)Build the dynamic analysis model of semi-active switch controlled double-layer isolation system.The idea of power flow is introduced into the strategy design of the semi-active switch controlled isolation system.Design the semi-active switch control algorithm of isolation system by analyzing the change rule of power flow.(3)Construct the MATLAB-Simulink simulation analysis model of double-layer isolation system,carry out the passive control simulation of controllable damper in high or low damping state and the semi-active switch control algorithm of double-layer isolation system.The simulation results show that the semi-active control isolation effect of the new algorithm is better than that of the passive control and skyhook algorithm.(4)Discusse the measurement method of the power flow in isolation system.In view of the common difficulties in the actual measurement of power flow,the relationship between power flow and the system parameters is established in combination with the test object and the existing test conditions,that is,the expression of the transfer power flow rate in the test to obtain the power flow measurement method of double-layer isolation system indirectly.The correctness of the test measurement method is verified by simulation,which provides a means for carrying out the related experimental research of the double-layer vibration isolation system.(5)Set up the semi-active switch control test system of double-layer isolation system,and carry out the passive control test test and semi-active switch control of double-layer isolation system.The consistency between the test results and the simulation results shows that the semi-active switch control under the new algorithm can effectively improve the isolation effect of double-layer isolation system in the range of low frequency,especially near the resonance frequency.
