| In recent years,with the rapid development of cities,the population increased quite fast in each city,in order to ease the traffic pressure,the urban rail trains are facing big development opportunity.As the computer and communication technology has also developed a lot in the past decades,the urban rail trains are developed in the direction of networking,informationization and intellectualization.As one of the most important critical system in train,the TRAIN CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(TCMS)is responsible for data transmission and administration,which is very crucial for subsystem control and data interaction.The TCMS is based on TCN principal,is the heart of the train which is called "central control unit"(CCU-O),responsible for the control and management for traction control,auxiliary control,HVAC,Door,ATC and so on.This paper describes TCMS network structure,MVB/WTB protocols,telegrams,as well as data frames.Considering typical six-car configuration metro system,TCMS architecture and hardware selection is also detailed described,as well as some hardware description.The software coding is based on IEC61131 standard which is in graphical format.The software is structured into different subsystem modules,each module is divided into small sub-functions.After the software is compiled,the software needs to be verified and validated on the train,in this paper some function verification and validation is given to demonstrate the software function is compliant to the software requirement. |
