Design Ang Research Of Air Purifier Based On Activated Carbon Material

Sustainable development is the goal and requirement of the development of today’s era.Activated carbon material is one of the rare ecological materials in a wide range of materials.Placing it in product design activities for applied research is in line with the needs of the times and has a positive significance for global sustainable development.In this paper,the design and application of activated carbon material in air purifier is the main research content.Firstly,the characteristics and application status of activated carbon materials are summarized;secondly,through the test of adsorption performance of common activated carbon materials,the active carbon granules with relatively good adsorption performance are selected as one of the research objects.Then,the design characteristics of air purifiers for sale are combed through the basic methods of design investigation and research,and the household air purification is clarified.The design status,application value and feasibility direction of activated carbon material in the device are discussed.Then the specific application mode of activated carbon material is established through user investigation for its appearance design.Finally,combined with the needs of users and products in the appearance design of air purifier and the characteristics of activated carbon material,the activated carbon granules of pectin are processed by moulding auxiliary materials(adhesives).Finally,the design of air purifier based on activated carbon material is completed.The research of this topic can not only improve the green property of air purifier products,but also expand the application scope of activated carbon materials,and provide more space for this kind of materials to play a material advantage and value in the field of design,especially in the design of civil household products.
