In the "13th Five-Year" period,China's economy continued to face downward pressure,the speed of the passenger car market slowed,the market competition was intensified,the price of the joint venture products went down,and the survival space of the independent automobile enterprises was constantly squeezed.But the relevant national strategy and the future development trend of technology will provide a good opportunity for the development of independent automobile enterprises.Under this background,YQJC automotive manufacturing company,as an early starting auto enterprise in China,needs to clear the strategic direction of the enterprise development and formulate a targeted implementation strategy,which is very necessary for the development of YQJC automobile manufacturing company.Therefore,combined with the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive manufacturing industry,the current development environment of YQJC automobile manufacturing company is analyzed in detail.With the help of SWOT analysis and QSMP method,the development strategy is planned and the priority of strategy implementation is sorted.First,the paper introduces the background,significance,contents and methods of the article.The related concepts and basic theories involved in the research process are summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the full text.Secondly,through the collection and collation of the internal and external environment related information and data of YQJC automobile manufacturing company,the external environment and internal situation of the enterprise are fully and meticulously analyzed.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the advantages and disadvantages of YQJC auto manufacturing company,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprise are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the enterprise are clarified.Then,we use SWOT analysis method to formulate corresponding development strategy for YQJC automobile manufacturing company.Including: SO1 vigorously develop SUV,MPV,new energy vehicles,intelligent network Federation automobile;SO2 develop intelligent network auto derivatives: time sharing lease,UBI insurance and other new formats,to realize the transformation of manufacturing service enterprises;WO1 actively layout the main marketing market,speed up the development of two domestic and foreign markets;WO2 optimization and adjustment of internal control organization and control means to improve the current situation of poor internal control;ST1 actively promotes external cooperation and introduces external high-quality resources.To achieve joint venture and cooperation and enhance technological capability;ST2 makes differentiation strategy and innovating business mode;WT1 actively promotes the innovation ability of the staff,increases the R &D ability of the enterprise,and provides its own technology leading ability;WT1 actively sets up its own brand image and sets up brand awareness,Increase the degree of brand recognition by consumers.Next,we use QSMP method to evaluate the priority of YQJC automobile manufacturing companies.The results show that the strategic implementation sequence is SO1?ST1?WT2?WO1?WT1?ST2?SO2?WO2.Finally,this paper expounds the safeguard measures for the implementation measures of the YQJC auto manufacturing company's business development strategy from 4 aspects: the development of human resources,the establishment of the innovation mechanism,the deepening of the organizational structure adjustment,the strengthening of the financial and risk control ability.
