With the deepening of the urbanization process and the continuous increase of urban population,the traffic problem of modern cities is becoming increasingly prominent.The advantages of light rail transportation such as large traffic volume,punctual operation and convenient and comfortable ride have become the main ways to relieve the traffic pressure in modern cities and solve the traffic congestion in big cities.The low floor board of a low floor vehicle is a trailer bogie with independent wheels,and the high floor board is a dynamic bogie with traditional rigid wheelsets.When the low-floor train passes the small radius curve,both the tread and the rim of the independent and rigid wheels generate a large wear.In this paper,based on the actual problem of the Q6W-1 70% low-floor vehicle wheel tread wear in the third phase of Changchun Light Rail,the field test and statistics on the wheel tread wear situation are based on the dynamic simulation calculation method.The influence of wheel tread wear on the dynamic performance of low-floor vehicles is analyzed.Firstly,the structural characteristics and working principle of the WS-2009 wheel tread shape measuring device are introduced.The structure characteristics and operation status of the Q6W-1 type 70% low floor light rail vehicle are mastered through the field test,and the wear number of the Q6W-1 type 70% low floor light rail vehicle is collected.Based on the multi-body dynamics theory,according to the structural characteristics and working principle of the Q6W-1 70% low-floor vehicle,the dynamic model of the Q6W-1 70% low-floor vehicle was established using the SIMPACK multi-body dynamics analysis software.The evaluation criteria of the dynamic performance of Q6W-1 70% low-floor vehicles were introduced,which provided an evaluation basis for subsequent dynamic analysis.Finally,the dynamic performance of vehicles with tread wear and measured tread wear is obtained by simulation.Through the comparison and analysis,it is concluded that the wheel tread wear has little influence on the dynamic performance of the Q6W-1 type 70% low floor vehicle,and the wheel tread wear has great influence on the lateral force and derailment coefficient of the Q6W-1 type 70% low floor vehicle,and has little influence on the vertical force of wheel and rail and the load reduction rate of wheel weight.
