Vigorously developing prefabricated buildings fully embodies the conservation of resources and the protection of the environment.It is China's basic national policy and the inevitable trend of China's construction industry's transformation and development.It is "innovative,coordinated,green,open,and proposed by the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core." The development concept of “sharing” is highly compatible with the implementation of supply-side structural reforms by the state.According to statistics,nearly half of the world's carbon emissions are generated in the construction and related building materials sector.At present,the annual construction area of ?new houses in China is as high as 1.6 billion to 2 billion square meters,of which more than 90% are high-energy buildings,and the energy consumption per unit area of buildings is 3-5 times that of developed countries with similar climate.27% of total energy consumption.It is increasingly urgent to produce,promote and use green buildings and improved construction methods that save resources,save energy,save water,save land,reduce materials,protect the environment and reduce pollution.At the same time,China's steel output has consistently ranked first in the world.According to data released by the World Iron and Steel Association,steel production in mainland China was about 928.3 million tons in 2018,accounting for51.3% of global steel production,about 64 members of the World Iron Association.52%.Steel structure assembled buildings are safe,efficient,green,and reusable.They are the best choice for achieving building energy efficiency and meeting green building evaluation standards.According to statistics,in Europe and the United States,steel structures account for about 65% of the total construction,accounting for about 50% in Japan.However,this kind of green building with many advantages has not developed ideally in a steel country like China.The steel structure accounts for about 5% of the total construction.The proportion of the built steel structure houses in the country is less than 1 in the residential buildings.%.The development of steel-structured prefabricated buildings is a major change in the way of construction.It is an important measure to promote the structural reform of the supply side of the construction industry.It is conducive to saving resources and energy,reducing construction pollution,improving labor productivity and quality and safety,and promoting the construction industry.Deep integration with information industrialization,nurturing new industries and new kinetic energy,and promoting the elimination of excess capacity.This paper analyzes the status quo of the prefabricated building development,compares the characteristics of the prefabricated building and the traditional building,and summarizes the obvious advantages of the refining of the prefabricated building.At the same time,through combing and analyzing several major types of prefabricated buildings in the construction market,it is proposed to vigorously develop the choice of steel structure assembly buildings.By visiting the research and literature,the main practices and effects of installing and installing the building are extensively analyzed.The typical enterprises and typical projects of Guang'an steel structure and assembled buildings,affordable housing and new rural construction applications are illustrated,and the advantages and disadvantages of Guang'an development are analyzed in depth.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the examples,from the government level,enterprise level,social level,and citizen level,the "four-in-one" proposes the countermeasures for the promotion and application of Guangan steel structure assembly-type building.
