Under the current environment of marketization, the railway sector is facing increasing competitive pressure.Since the railway reformation, railway enterprises have paid more and more attention to the economic benefits.Under the premise of existing facilities,a good train line planning problem can improve the resource utilization rate of railway enterprises as well as their income.High-speed railway is the "business card" of the new era of Railway Head office, especially after the Railway Head office acquired the independent pricing right of highspeed railway,by taking the dynamic price as the influencing factor of the high-speed railway train line planning problem to make a better operation plan which will help the development of railway enterprises. This paper analyzes the content and influencing factors of high-speed railway train line planning problem in detail, then, under the premise of considering different price strategies, establishes a model containing seat utilization, passenger transportation capacity, fare interval, passenger backlog, and time cost to maximize the benefits of railway enterprises. After the model is established, the Lyapunov drift-plus-penalty function is introduced. While pursuing the railway benefit, the rationality of the train operation plan is ensured, and the passenger flow backlog is in a low congestion state, which achieves the comprehensive optimization of the three. The core content of this paper is mainly composed of the following four points:1.Firstly,the passenger flow of the different sections in accordance with the Poisson distribution is generated by Monte Carlo simulation. Then, using the Logit price reflection function to get the relationship between the fare and the actual number of passengers and a reasonable fare interval.2.The object of this research is a multi-slot,periodic high-speed railway passenger line. The object is an all-day,multi-slot,periodic high-speed passenger train, which is used to establish a train line planning problem optimization model based on multi-segment,multilevel fare, fixed price and establish a comprehensive optimization model of train line planning problem based on multi-segment,multi-level fare and dynamic pricing.3.Through the Lyapunov Drift-plus-penalty function, the model optimization goal is transformed from the enterprise benefit optimization into the collaborative optimization of enterprise benefit and passenger backlog, and the optimization problem in multi-slot network state is transformed into optimization problem under single time slot.Continuously optimize the value of V,gradually approach the optimal value of enterprise benefit and passenger backlog.4.Through the relevant examples, the transformed model is solved by Harmony Search.According to the solution results, train line planning problem, passenger backlog, fare characteristics and economic benefits under three price strategies(The strategy of not considering the backlog of passengers at a fixed price,Fixed price strategy and Dynamic pricing strategy)are compared and analyzed. After comprehensive evaluation,it comes to the conclusion that dynamic pricing strategy can better realize the comprehensive optimization among enterprise benefit, operation plan and passenger backlog.
