As a part of expressways,the expressway service area is an important window to show the image of the outside world,to show the achievements of the development of expressways,as well as an important bridge and link to connect and serve the company.As the key point of expressway work,service area has been paid more and more attention in all aspects,and the research on the scale,reasonable layout,complete functions and service quality of facilities has been more and more in-depth.Because of the late start of expressway service area in China,it is groping in theory and practice.The development of service area from the beginning to now,its planning,construction and operation management have some defects,which need to be adjusted and improved in service practice.Taking sichuan expressway as the research object,this paper mainly investigates the operation and service quality of various expressways in sichuan province to understand the public’s satisfaction level with the operation and service quality of various expressways,as well as the public’s opinions and Suggestions on the operation and service quality of various expressways in sichuan province.The specific content of the survey mainly includes three aspects: one is the basic personal information of the interviewees;the other is the public’s satisfaction evaluation of various services on high-speed driving sections;the third is the public’s opinions and Suggestions on the existing problems in the operation and service of high-speed driving sections.Is obtained by factor analysis,using SPSS 21.0 software,the relative weight of five common factor,at the same time brought to factor has the relative weight of each measure to calculate,the variation coefficient method is adopted to the public satisfaction evaluation questionnaire of 21 of the index of concrete were analyzed,and the results show that the sichuan province expressway service quality evaluation of overall service level is not high,the service quality evaluation classification posted averages of 76.1035 points,the reasons include: first,the highway management institutions set up is not perfect,lack of system maintenance,road conditions,and service facilities of incomplete;Second,the interval speed is low,the traffic density is high,the proportion of trucks is large,and the transportation efficiency is low.Third,the main toll station traffic capacity is low.Fourth,the traffic accident rate is on the high side.According to the evaluation results,each reason is analyzed and some Suggestions are given.This paper summarizes the final evaluation results and existing problems,and puts forward Suggestions to improve the service quality of expressway according to the defects existing in the current expressway management,aiming at providing scientific basis for decision-making and standardized management of expressway management departments through the comprehensive evaluation of expressway service system.In order to strengthen highway maintenance and management,reduce traffic accidents,ensure the superiority of highway can fully play with the sustainable development of China’s highway traffic cause to make positive exploration and contribution.
