| Traditional aquaculture water body heating methods have high energy consumption and high cost,and environmental pollution is prominent.In this paper,based on the demand for industrial aquaculture production in North China,the solar and sea water source heat pump(SWHP)integrated water heating technology research was carried out,and the thermal insulation design of the ceramic solar collector was completed.The water heating system of SWHP was built and the difference was carried out.The water body temperature effect test under the working condition mode was completed,and the SWHP integrated temperature rise test study of the production scale was completed.In view of the problem that the heating effect of the ceramic solar collector is greatly affected by the temperature,on the basis of the thermodynamic analysis,the bottom and side surfaces are insulated and designed,and the design of the cover of the collector was carried out.The technology has the advantages of thermal insulation,efficient lighting,light weight and low cost.The results of solar system water temperature test show that the effect of thermal in sulation on the temperature rise of ceramic solar collector is very significant except for weather and flow.In fine weather conditions,the average water temperature rise of the t hermal insulation collector during the non-cold period is 2.9°C,and the heat gain is 10MJ/m~2,which is 2°C and 61%higher than the non-insulation heat collector respectively;in the cold period,the average temperature rise and heating gains of the collectors with thermal insulation structure are 1.8°C and 57.7%higher than those without thermal insula tion collectors respectively.In addition,it is found that under different wind speed condit ions,the average water heating temperature and heating gains of the thermal insulate coll ectors are increased by 2.4°C and 62.3%,respectively,compared with no heat insulation;in addition,the flow rate is increased,and the average water temperature rise of the tw o structural collectors is increased.It has a downward trend,but the average water heati ng temperature and heating gains of the thermal insulation collector are 1.8°C,1.1°C,0.7°C and 56.3%,34.6%,25.4%higher than the latter.The SWHP integrated water temperature test found that using the fresh seawater tem perature of 13.5±0.1°C,the SWHP integrated system can raise the water temperature to18~20°C for production requirements,and the total heating load is 6.3×10~6 MJ.During o peration,the water temperature of solar system can be increased by 3.5°C,the heating lo ad reaches 9.8×10~5 MJ,quite standard coal 65.7t;the heat pump unit cop reaches 5.2 or more,and the SWHP integrated system cop reaches 7.8 or more,35.2%higher than sin gle heat pump,and the energy saving effect is obvious.The research results show that the SWHP integrated water heating technology can r-ealize the comprehensive utilization of new energy,replace the boiler water heating,and has a good application prospect in the planting aquaculture water heating project in north ern China. |
