| Since perovskite solar cells(PSCs)were reported, the power conversion efficiency(PCE)has been rapidly improved.Up to now,the certified PCE of lab-scale has reached24.2%,rivaling the commercial photovoltaic technologies. At the same time,a lot of progress has been made in the research of its laboratory stability. In order to further explore the stability of perovskite solar cells in the outdoor practical working environment,a method of encapsulation of PSCs with hot-melt adhesive film is proposed in this paper, and the stability test of over 2000 hours in the outdoor environment has been completed. The main contents include:(1)the preparation process of printable PSCs based on three-layer mesoporous membrane and printable process is introduced. And the stability of printable PSCs in the unencapsulated condition is studied, mainly in the effect of moisture in air on degradation of device materials.(2)compare the effects of various packaging structures, packaging materials and packaging processes on device performance, and selected the method of using fully encapsulated structure and polyurethane hot melt adhesive film for printable mesoscopic PSCs.(3)based on the polyurethane film packaging can print mesoscopic PSCs,complete the stability test in various conditions, mainly including thermal stability test(85℃),hot and cold cycle test(-40~85℃)and outdoor stability test. When this encapsulation method is applied to large-area(100 cm~2)printable PSCs module, the module maintain 97.52%of the initial efficiency after working outdoors for 2,136 hours. This paper provides a kind of encapsulation which can improve the stability of devices in outdoor work,by studying the encapsulation and stability of printable PSCs. |
