| With the continuous expansion of the total national economy,equipment manufacturing industry is still the pillar industry of the national economy.Washing truck is an integral part of equipment manufacturing industry,which promotes the long-term development of equipment manufacturing industry and leads the design trend of sanitation vehicle industry.However,the existing sweeper has some problems,such as single shape and unclear brand image,which lead to low degree of product serialization and familiarization.Therefore,how to improve the market competitiveness of sweepers and establish corporate brand image is the focus of this research.Based on the theory of product DNA,this paper deeply studies the extraction method of product shape features from DNA,and applies it to the design of AT Heavy Industry Sweeper.Finally,a design scheme of product identification and brand features is designed.Firstly,this paper analyses the brand and classical products of AT Heavy Industries,synthesizes the influencing factors in the process of shape design,summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the cleaning car market,and illustrates the feasibility and necessity of product DNA in the design of the cleaning car.Secondly,weighing the current general design process of product DNA,introducing shape grammar,mapping DNA to product shape,and constructing the method of product feature extraction.Thirdly,it summarizes the style and image of AT Heavy Industries Cleaning Vehicle by semantic difference method,determines the design orientation of the cleaning vehicle,and guides AT Heavy Industries Cleaning Vehicle brand-image feature extraction,function-structure feature extraction,shape-color feature extraction,material-process feature extraction with product DNA mapping method,and introduces evaluation methods.Finally,the conceptual sketch scheme is drawn,and the optimized scheme is evaluated by the mathematical simulation classification evaluation method,and the final scheme is determined by the product family commonality index.This paper combines the theory of product DNA with the design practice of sweeper,extracts the shape features of sweeper by DNA mapping method,designs an inheritance and innovation scheme of sweeper,which embodies serialization and familiarization in the process of product-brand-enterprise formation,and provides reference value for the shape design of other industrial products. |
