| Complex products, such as ship and so on, have complexity in terms of product structure, manufacturing process, project management and other aspects,their management is always difficult to shift from scheduling model for program controlled type. In order to simplify the complex tasks, many scholars havestudied how to carry out its work breakdown; In order to design optimized business process, many scholars have studied the business process modeling. Although we have catch a consensus that work breakdown results are the basis ofmaking the planning, How to make the work breakdown results effectively support task description, task relationship and the demand of other basic information in business process modeling, then making the business process modelingis not isolated, This has been the weak research link.This article firstly conclude and summarize the relative theory such as mapping, BOM, WBS, and BPM and so on; Secondly, making the demand analysis of WBS dynamic building and business process modeling of complex products; Thirdly, dividing WBS into levels and constructing complex product WBSby taking BOM as an important information source in the complex product manufacturing life cycle, taking XML as information transmission medium for mapping and feedback of information between BOM and WBS, based on maturitydefinition gradually doing longitudinal evolutions of the WBS levels, so as torealize the dynamic integration of complex product management information and realize the dynamic construction WBS; Then, based on the dynamic building of complex product, firstly finished the formalized definition of complex product WBS to elaborate the relationship between WBS tasks and integrate themanagement information of complex product; Then, realizing the mapping between WBS and EPC-E by establishing the mapping rules, including task and function mapping, relationship mapping, information mapping and time limit mapping, these mappings provide basic information for the establishment of the business process model; Finally, doing the validation with the example of ship building project. This paper mainly does the following several aspects of research:1) On the discussion the mapping demand and mapping relationship between BOM and WBS of complex product project and the evolution characteristics of BOM layers, this paper puts forward the hierarchical construction processof complex product project WBS, and further analyzes the hierarchical mappingprocess from BOM to WBS. We found that by hierarchical mapping and layered construction of complex product project WBS can effectively integrate complex product management information from BOM.2) Based on comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to build the WBS dynamically build evaluation index system, from the WBS integral control, the WBS hierarchical control, the relationship between the WBS task, and time limitand resources five aspects to evaluate the WBS dynamic building.3)Through the establishment of functional mapping, relationship mapping, resource information mapping and time limit mapping from WBS to EPC-E ofcomplex product and WBS to EPC-E mapping algorithm, implementing the effective transfer of information from WBS to EPC-E. Finally, do the validationwith the example of ship building project.The research achievements of this paper realize the integration of the basic data source BOM, project management tool WBS and business process modeling of complex product. make BOM effectively guide the WBS dynamically build, then let the WBS model effectively guide the business process modeling,increased globalization, real time and effectiveness, making task matching and scheduling from the global perspective, and improve the global cooperation andcommunication in the whole business process, then achieve the purpose of reducing the complexity of business process modeling, and improve project management effectiveness of complex products. |
