Abstract/Summary:
The existing upper limb power products are mainly aimed at the common elderly user group,and lack of attention to upper limb fracture patients.At the same time,the product research on pneumatic upper limb aid pays attention to the innovation at the technical level,neglecting the man-machine friendly and interactive design of the power product.The visual design of human upper limb rehabilitation training process and the health recovery guidance of the corresponding diseases are lacking.The flexible pneumatic upper limb power product proposed in this study is a wearable product that can provide assistance when patients with orthopaedic,muscular atrophy,muscular or nerve damage diseases need to recover or enhance human function.Firstly,using the biomechanics model of human upper limb and the design method of the main joint force characteristics in ergonomics,the simple model of the assist module and the fixed module of the flexible pneumatic wearable upper limb assist product is simulated.The proportion of structure module and the range of joint structure are determined for the upper limb power product in this design.Then,the types of the upper limb fixation product and the upper limb assist product are summarized and the shape curve is extracted.Three kinds of fixed structure schemes which can be used in this study are put forward,which are the combination of the man-machine and the upper limb assist.The fixed module scheme suitable for flexible pneumatic wearable upper limb power product is selected,and the pneumatic artificial muscle drive mechanism is fused.Finally,according to the user behavior analysis of the specific users in this study,the key behavior scenarios are combed out,and the design points of the upper limb assist product training system with special users as the research point are obtained.The interactive framework and interface of the product training system are designed,and the overall design of the flexible pneumatic wearable upper limb assist product is improved by combining the final design plan of the product.In this study,a wearable upper limb assist product and upper limb rehabilitation training APP.were designed.The combination of product design and pneumatic artificialmuscle structure enhances the flexibility and man-machine friendliness of the upper limb power product,visualizes the rehabilitation training process of the user,and enhances the interaction between the user and the upper limb power product.Gradually cultivate the self-confidence of patients in the rehabilitation process,improve their rehabilitation efficiency.
