Research On Synergetic Development And Evolution Of Port Group System In Tianjin And Hebei

For a long time,due to the similar location and overlapping hinterland markets,there has always been a strong competitive relationship among the ports in Tianjin and Hebei.At the same time,each port has strong complementarity in natural conditions,business types,collection and distribution systems,etc.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition,each port gradually realized that the development mode of increasing port business volume and pursuing its own throughput growth by increasing investment and construction alone runs counter to the new environment.How to break the deadlock in the development of the ports in Tianjin and Hebei and promote it to a more efficient and coordinated modern port group has become an important research direction.Based on the system theory,self-organization theory and synergy theory,and on the basis of the current situation of the development of the port group in Tianjin and Hebei,this paper systematically studies the synergistic evolution of the port group system in Tianjin and Hebei.Firstly,from the perspective of system theory,the composition and development status of the port group system in Tianjin and Hebei are analyzed,and its external environment and characteristics are expounded.On this basis,the internal and external motivations of the coordinated development of the port group system in Tianjin and Hebei are analyzed,and the causal relationship between the factors affecting its evolution process is also analyzed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the self-organization and other-organization nature of the port group system,three stages of the self-organization evolution of the port group system are elaborated,and the mechanism and process of the composite evolution of the self-organization and other-organization of the port group system are analyzed.Combining with the logistic model,the self-organizing evolution model and the compound evolution model of self-organizing and other-organization of the port group system in Tianjin and Hebei are established.The stability of the model under different conditions is analyzed,and the numerical simulation and simulation analysis are carried out.Finally,based on the development status and relevant data of the port group system in Tianjin and Hebei,the evolution of the port groupsystem in Tianjin and Hebei is studied.Some conclusions are drawn,and the key factors affecting the coordinated development and evolution of the port group system in Tianjin and Hebei are pointed out,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
