With the rapid and stable development of the current economy,the increasing demand for outgoing has led to the increasing population migration,which has brought great challenges to the railway industry.At present,China's high-speed railway design and manufacturing standard has reached the world's leading level,and in the current era of "Made in China 2025" which intellectualizes has covered all over the country,China's highspeed railway production technology still maintains the traditional manufacturing mode,and still adopts the Lycra Total Station and manual hand-held target detection in vehicle detection.Therefore,based on machine vision inspection and data analysis system,this paper upgrades the original inspection mode,aiming at improving the overall manufacturing quality level of rail transit equipment,lays the foundation for establishing the system of manufacturing process optimization method and technical quality of high-speed train body based on "data-driven quality",and realizes the high-speed train from "experiential manufacturing".The transition to "scientific manufacturing".The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Design of vehicle detection scheme.This paper investigates the automatic data acquisition method of large-size parts,analyses the original car body manufacturing and testing method,and chooses the most advanced automatic data acquisition method of highspeed train body based on the production and manufacturing process requirements and testing technical indicators which use mechanical arm,slideway and visual sensor for measurement.A new data-processing method was designed based on the production and manufacturing method and the original detection technology,and the collected data were integrated into the train body coordinate system.2.Surface force analysis and measurement point selection of train body in tunnel driving.Fluent and Static Structural modules in Ansys Workbench are used to simulate and analyze the flow field and statics of the train body.The stress distribution of the train body is applied to the window.According to the stress and deformation of the window,the structure of the stress concentration part of the train's window is improved,and the window structural measuring points are added to ensure the safety of the high-speed car to the greatest extent.3.Compensation design of detection process and algorithm.Based on the new detection method,the structural characteristics of the high-speed train body and the original detection technology,a new method of structural form and position tolerance detection is designed.Through the finite element analysis method,the causes of mechanical structure errors in the process of data detection are deeply analyzed,and the compensation values of the collected data are inversely solved according to the causes,so as to improve the data detection accuracy of the new method and ensure the stability and consistency of the detection quality.4.Verification of measurement accuracy.The feasibility and accuracy of the new scheme are verified by experiments using mechanical arm,vision sensor and Lycra laser tracker.By comparing the results of the new scheme with those of the Lycra Laser Tracker,it is found that the detection accuracy of the new method satisfy the measurement requirements and proves the feasibility of the method.Finally,the data of the new method are also compared with the original scheme,which highlights the efficiency and accuracy of the new scheme.
