In recent years,electric vehicles have become the key to solve the problem of energy security and environmental pollution.China has provided a lot of policy support for the development of electric vehicles.Due to the high production cost of electric vehicles,sales are mainly supported by national financial subsidies,and the industry is under great pressure of competition.Good marketing management can improve marketing management level,ensure electric vehicle companies to improve market competitiveness,expand sales and quickly occupy the leading position in the industry.Under the guidance of relevant marketing theory,this paper takes Hunan CRRC Times Electric Vehicle Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the corresponding combination marketing strategy are formulated through the analysis of the company's marketing status and market environment.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,current situation and research ideas of the topic.The second chapter introduces relevant theories of marketing.The third chapter introduces the marketing status of the company and analyzes the existing problems.In the forth chapter,PEST is used to analyze the company's marketing environment,and SWOT is used to analyze the company's own competitive advantages,competitive disadvantages,opportunities and threats.The fifth chapter uses STP theory to segment the market,and put forward the company's marketing strategy.Relevant suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening technology innovation,building digital factories,strengthening quality management,building enterprise culture,improving human resources management,continuously improving company services and strengthening industrial cooperation,etc.The sixth chapter summarizes and prospects the thesis.Through researching on the marketing strategy of Hunan CRRC Times Electric Vehicle Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward some marketing strategies related to the development of electric vehicles,which can promote the development of enterprises.
