Air-duct system is the core of refrigeration part in air-cooled refrigerator and its aerodynamic performance absolutely dominates the cooling distribution in refrigerator box,refrigeration efficiency and temperature distribution,particularly for freezing duct system in air-cooled refrigerator.As for now,researches on aerodynamic performance of freezing duct system have seldom been systematic involved,so studying this area is of great significance for improving the overall performance of the refrigerator.This paper investigate the influence law between air duct system aerodynamic performance and the temperature and energy consumption in air-cooled refrigerator by combining numerical simulations method with experiment tests method in order to improve the overall performance of air-cooled refrigerator.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)For freezing duct system,vast numerical simulations have been applied in order to study the aerodynamic performance and temperature variation in the refrigerated box,air-cooled duct and evaporator in the original air-duct system.And then interaction relation among the components of freezing duct system has been analyzed through the experimental test method to find out the main influence factors of flow field distribution,evaporator temperature changes and air freezing duct aerodynamic performance.Finally,the optimization of the refrigerator box and the evaporator are carried out according to the research results.(2)Aimed at the problem of vortex distractions,the influence of air freezing duct wall and inlet structure on the aerodynamic performance has been studied.Through the method of multi-outlet volute shape design and parametric design,the molded lines structure of air freezing duct wall and the inlet structure are optimized to uprate the aerodynamic performance of the air-duct and improve the air volume distribution in the refrigerator box.As a result,the overall increase of air volume in air-duct reaches 30.35%.(3)Through the method of refrigerator performance testing laboratory,experimental tests are conducted about various components of freezing duct system in the air-cooled refrigerator.That is aimed to investigate the matching mode of the freezing duct and the evaporator with different structures and do research on the influence of the air freezing duct structure and the changes of the evaporator performance and uniformity of temperature distribution.The result suggests that new air-duct remarkably reduces the temperature difference inside the refrigerator box with maximum value within 0.9 ℃.Meanwhile,the integral function of refrigerator also gets certain improvement.Through the optimization study of the air-cooled refrigerator freezing air duct system,the aerodynamic performance and temperature uniformity of the frozen air duct system are significantly improved,and the overall performance of the refrigerator is improved.Therefore,the design of the air-cooled refrigerator freezing duct system has certain guiding significance.
