To satisfy the demand of residents'modernized lifestyle, Chinese household refrigerator is developing in a way of larger, multi-function, multi-temperature area and multi-application. In-direct refrigerator which owns various merit such as automatic defrosting, high volume and multi-function has gradually become a preference for customers. In recent years, the research of refrigerator manufacturing has been reach a crescendo in domestic refrigerator manufacturers.However, several technical problems such as imprecise temperature controlling and high electricity consumption exist in high volume in-direct refrigerator. Domestic refrigerator enterprises mainly adopt the design method of experience and experiment to solve the problem. There are rare researches about theoretical calculation of refrigerator heat change and temperature simulation in refrigerator.In the self-designing process of three-doors in-direction refrigerator BCD-292W,this article concentrates to lower the electricity consumption as a result of various method such as heat change calculation, reasonable insulating course thickness selection and double deck hermetric seal which reaches the first grade of national energy consumption.To guarantee the accurate temperature control of high volume in-direction refrigerator, this article indicates the method as follows. Firstly, to establish 3D model of refrigerator body and air duct system and to carry out temperature simulation in refrigerator with FLUENT. To improve the structure design of air dust system according to the temperature error. Then to manufacture performance prototype to take storage temperature experiment in refrigerator. To realize the destination of accurate temperature control with the compare analysis of test temperature as well as simulation temperature and standard temperature.This article primarily to take analysis and optimization design to reduce energy consumption and accurate temperature control with the method of combination of theoretical calculation, simulation analysis and experience data.
