Ship design is developing towards integration.Through finite element analysis,stability calculation and rule calculation,the hull model is analyzed,evaluated and checked to improve the quality of ship design.Integrating multiple systems,the model data of each system and its application are different.If there is no unified data standard and corresponding model transformation method,the integration degree of the integrated system of ships will not be high and the hull models generated by various analysis and calculation systems will need to be reconstructed.The integration system has no ability to model at one time,use it all the way.The ship design cycle is extended.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a model management and transformation system for the ship modeling,analysis and computing integrated system.In this thesis,the structural design of ship modeling,analysis and computing integrated system is analyzed.A new ship modeling output system,Ship Design Result(SDR)system,is proposed to decouple the CAD system from analysis and calculation system,avoid the influence of model transformation on CAD modeling,shorten the time consuming of extracting model for analysis and calculation system,and provide ship design process with multiple schemes coexisting.This thesis summarizes the types and characteristics of model data of CAD modeling system,SDR system,CAE analysis system and structure design program(SDP)system.A model management and transformation system named NCSCS of the ship CAD/SDR/CAE/SDP integrated system based on NX is developed,which realizes the unified data standard management of ship model data in integrated system and provides the fast transformation of the model between systems.It also avoids distortion caused by file format conversion,achieves high data sharing,provides the ability to modify the same model in multiple systems,and provides strong support for the design and development of the ship modeling,analysis and computing integrated system.In this thesis,the model data of each subsystem are studied in depth,and the tree plus coding mode is used to organize and manage the hull's panel and cabin structure.The technology of cell management is put forward.The panel unit is designed to organize and manage the non-panel structure of the hull,such as the stiffeners,holes and faceplates.The function unit is designed to organize and manage the hull structure related to the function.And the technology provides efficient model extraction capability.In order to solve the problem of model transformation among subsystems of ship integrated system,this thesis develops a ship model copy technology for hull structure with NX copy function.The technology provides the copy function with the panel and cabin as the basic input parameters,and provides the parameter setting for users to select the scope of the copy model and control the type of the extraction of the attachment structures such as the stiffener and the faceplate.Finally,taking a 180,000-ton bulk cargo ship as an example,this thesis analyses the realization of the function of defining analysis scope in SDP system,and verifies the efficiency of the model management system.The process of extracting model from CAD system to SDR system is analyzed,and the practicability of the model transformation is verified,and the structural correlation and model management form of the system model can be maintained.
