Research On Harbin To Mudanjiang High Speed Railway Project Cost Control

Especially in recent years,railway construction is an important part of the national infrastructure construction,and railway construction has always occupied a high proportion of investment.By 2020,China’s railway network will reach 150,000 kilometers,with 30,000 kilometers of high-speed railways covering more than 80 percent of the major cities.Although the high-speed railways develops rapidly,it has not been able to integrate the concept of project management into railway construction well.Only paying attention in the construction process to control the project cost,the whole project cost management doesn’t get enough attention.Based on the research background,this paper will be based on the theory of total cost management in high-speed railway construction projects,and comb the Harbin to Mudanjiang high-speed railway to design engineering project as an example,and research on the cost control methods of high-speed railway projects in the investment decision-making stage,design stage and construction stage.Firstly,on the basis of consulting a large amount of relevant data,the paper summarizes the engineering cost and control methods,and analyzes the factors affecting the construction cost of high-speed railway,and systematically discusses the theory of engineering cost control of high-speed railway.Secondly,it explains the specific situation of the project.Then,the Harbin to Mudanjiang high-speed railway is used as a case study to study the cost influencing factors and cost control measures at ever stages.At the same time,the fuzzy mathematics method is used to construct the Harbin to Mudanjiang high-speed railway prediction model,and the investment estimate in the investment decision stage is predicted.And carry out accuracy detection.According to the data of the project,the paper studies the budget calculation in the design stage and analyzes the pre-station construction during the construction phase.Finally,we get the conclusion and put forward the corresponding cost control measures for ever stages of the high-speed railway construction project.
