The variety of bridge structure types and the different construction schemes of bridges make the temporary structures widely used in bridge construction.The function of temporary structure is temporary.With the completion of the permanent structure,part of temporary structure will lose its function and be dismantled.The quality of temporary structure design is not only related to the safety and economy of bridge construction,but also related to the state and force of the bridge when completed.Every potential safety problem of temporary structure will affect the safety of permanent structure construction.Based on the prestressed concrete pylon cable-stayed bridge of a highway,two kinds of 0# cast-in-place supports are designed in this paper.The finite element software Midas/Civil is used to establish the structure model of cast-in-place support.Considering the dead weight of concrete,the dead weight of support and formwork,the loads of builders and machines,the impact loads,the vibration loads and the wind loads during concrete pouring,the stress and deformation are analyzed.Finally,the structural form of the triangular hanging basket of the main beam construction is designed,and the structural model of the hanging basket is established by the finite element software.Considering the construction load,the weight of the hanging basket and the impact load caused by concrete casting and vibration,the load combination is carried out to check and calculate the stress and overall anti-overturning of the hanging basket structure under the pouring and off-form conditions.
