| As a large span cable-stayed bridge cantilever construction is one of the important equipment in the basket,with light structure,convenient assembly,the advantages of reuse,the stress deformation is directly related to the quality of concrete pouring,operation safety,the labor intensity and cost etc..As an important component of basket structure,formwork system decides the forming dimension and appearance quality of concrete structure.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the construction safety,engineering quality and engineering cost of the cable-stayed bridge to study the applicability of the hanging basket and its formwork in the cantilever construction of the long-span cable-stayed bridge.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Introduces the commonly used form of hanging basket cable-stayed bridge construction: rear support hanging basket,skeleton hanging basket and hanging basket;starting from the engineering application of the hanging basket,introduces several forms of hanging basket structure;analyzes the factors that influence the selection of the hanging basket of the cable-stayed bridge,and summarized three for the characteristics of the commonly used form of hanging basket.2.The structure of the front support basket is different according to the mode of bearing.There are mainly steel box type front support basket and truss type front pivot hanging basket,and the applicable characteristics of the two kinds of hanging basket are analyzed.3.Analysis of the structural design features of front fulcrum cradle,in five the bridge construction Fujiang fulcrum cradle for example,a hanging basket model for finite element analysis of the hanging basket structure through calculation and analysis of deformation analysis and the overall stability of the force through the basket load test,to verify the correctness of the finite element analysis the latter provides the basis for the control of girder elevation.4.Of the hanging basket template applicability analysis,combined with the actual problems in the construction,and puts forward relevant improvement measures of hanging basket institutions;to solve the problem of peak stress should be large hanging basket in the template,through calculation and analysis and adjust relevant parameters;in order to improve the use efficiency of hanging basket,the introduction of modular design concept.Five of the Fujiang River Bridge in front of fulcrum cradle put forward the preliminary design scheme. |
