| With the advent of the technology of rotation construction,it is possible for Bridges to cross existing lines,rivers and valleys quickly,easily and safely.Although the general idea of the rotary body is similar,but according to the characteristics of different projects,we need to make targeted changes to make the construction more in line with the needs of specific projects.At the same time,in order to ensure that the bridge meets the expected requirements,the specific construction process needs to be simulated and analyzed,and based on this,the actual construction process needs to be monitored to ensure the safety of the construction process and the final bridge structure meets the design requirements.In this paper,to meet the requirement of construction period for the 2×45m rotation T-structure of Pingzan highway crossing Shitai Railway,two kinds of T-structure pouring schemes are put forward and the temporary structures used in the construction are calculated with the finite element analysis software.On the bridge structure calculation of further research,By using finite element analysis software MIDAS/Civil build bridge structure simulation model,simulation analysis was made on the whole construction process of the bridge.Finally,with the continuous girder bridge construction monitoring scheme,according to the plan elevation points and embedment stress sensor,the measured deflection and stress under each construction stage,compared with the theoretical data,ensure the safety of construction smoothly.In order to ensure the construction security and twist smoothly,the unbalanced moment must be test after the T girder structure take off the rack,according to the results of experiment present a reasonable weight scheme,which can make the T-shape rigid frame keep blance in the process of rotation construction. |
