This paper mainly develops the track geometry state measuring instrument,analyzes the instrument principle of the track geometry state measuring instrument,discusses the different combinations of accelerometer and gyroscope,and evaluates the technical solutions of different schemes.The measurement requirements are achieved.Carry out instrument testing,elaborate the test content and plan,and conduct on-site test based on this,measure the various performances of the instrument,and perform statistical analysis of the data.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The principle of the instrument adopts different combinations of accelerometer and gyroscope.In static state,the accelerometer is used as the standard value.The motion time is measured by the accelerometer as the initial angular position,and the angular rate of the gyroscope is used to obtain the dynamic angle value,realize dynamic tilting.(2)After the instrument is designed,the instrument is tested.The detection contents include the mid-line coordinates and the rail surface elevation,the gauge detection,the level(super high)detection,etc.,and summarize the precautions for the fine adjustment of the track.(3)The on-site measurement of the four rings in Wuzhou and Hainan is carried out.The track irregularity is far less than the tolerance.It can fully meet the accuracy requirements of high-speed rail irregularity detection.The feasibility of the whole scheme is verified.The GNSS/INS measurement has good repeatability.And the system is stable;it can provide comprehensive,full-band orbital measurement.(4)Based on the plane smoothness,elevation smoothness,gauge distance,ultrahigh deviation,lateral deviation and elevation deviation of the measured results,the instrument has good conformity and can be widely used in long-track fine adjustment and track smoothness detection.Track maintenance and overhaul work.
