| As an important transportation hub in the country,Shijiazhuang Station,the main task is to organize passenger transport in seven directions.The annual passenger traffic volume of the station is 32 million 293 thousand and 100,with an average of 88 thousand and 500 people per day.And gradually formed to strengthen the professional management of high-speed railway passenger stations,the development of internal power and image of soft power has been constantly strengthened.However,as an important railway hub,Shijiazhuang Station still has some urgent problems in passenger service,and the quality of passenger service is particularly important for passengers.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the quality of passenger service and improve the satisfaction of passengers.Aiming at the existing problems in passenger transport service of Shijiazhuang Station,this paper analyzes and studies its service status,and puts forward some measures to improve the service quality,which can be used as suggestions for improving the passenger transport management of Shijiazhuang Station.Starting with the development of railway passenger service,this paper puts forward that the present situation of railway passenger service still cannot meet the passenger’s demand for service quality,only by improving the service quality of passenger transport can we obtain higher passenger satisfaction and make more and more passengers choose the railway to travel.Based on the research status of service quality at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the service quality of passenger transport from the basic level,and puts forward the composition and important position of railway passenger transport service.Then starting from the connotation of railway passenger service quality,the characteristics and determinants of passenger service quality are analyzed,and the evaluation index of passenger service quality is put forward.Then,from four aspects: the quality index of ticket and waiting service,the service index of passenger information inquiry,the quality index of improving service quality and the safety index of ensuring passenger transportation,the paper makes a deep research,taking Shijiazhuang Station as the research object,the questionnaire was designed by integrating many factors,such as passenger transport infrastructure,ticket sales and collection methods,transport quality,ticket gate information,stop platform information,transfer information and staff quality.Through the design of targeted questionnaires,450 passengers and 50 station staff were investigated,and the results were analyzed.Some problems in passenger service of Shijiazhuang new railway station were explained.Finally,according to the analysis results and the actual situation,from the management mode,management system,infrastructure construction,personnel quality and passenger transport safety aspects put forward suggestions for improvement.It mainly includes the construction of waiting service system,the improvement of traffic connection quality,the optimization of ticket collection system,the acceleration of the implementation of smart stations,the improvement of station infrastructure,the enhancement of information labeling guidance,the improvement of staff service level,the establishment of humanized service concept,the acceleration of the construction of passenger service culture and safety management measures.It can provide reference for Shijiazhuang Railway Station to improve the service quality,fundamentally improve the service quality of railway passenger transport,enhance market competitiveness,and improve the service level of railway passenger transport. |
