| With the large-scale promotion of power informatization and marketing modernization,there is a higher demand for the application and construction of power information collection system.At present,the construction of telecommunication information acquisition system gradually realizes the full coverage and acquisition of plant and station gateways,special,public transformer users and low voltage users,and develops the large data acquisition of power purchase side,power supply side and power sale side.Aiming at the problem that power users in Yili area of Xinjiang put forward higher requirements for intelligent power consumption and remote meter reading,this paper puts forward the research of intelligent power information acquisition system in Yili area.The main work is as follows:Firstly,according to the geographical environment of Yili area and the grid structure of Yili power grid,this paper analyses the problems existing in the collection of electricity information in Yili area,designs the framework of the collection system of electricity information,designs the type selection of the collection and measurement device of electricity information from the perspective of smart grid,designs the remote and local channels,and designs the main station of the collection of electricity information in Yili area.The basic design of information acquisition master station has been completed.The power information acquisition system has been discussed in detail from the aspects of application development framework,functional module division and key technology of the system.The purpose is to realize the intellectualization of meter reading and electricity billing,improve the level of power grid marketing science and technology,guide social science to use electricity reasonably,and provide intelligent power service.Technical support of force;This paper analyses and designs the functions of the main station system for collecting intelligent electricity information,including the main station operation management function,collection quality statistics function,charging control function,terminal installation,auxiliary function,etc.In order to ensure the compatibility and expansibility of the system,the extended function modules of the acquisition system are reserved.Aiming at the users’ needs of the power grid in Yili area,the intelligent power acquisition system is applied to the power grid in Yili area.Based on the data acquisition,the functions of measurement management,electricity billing,market management,customer service and power inspection of the power grid in Yili area are realized,and the power information of the power users is monitored in real time.The research results of this paper have been applied in the power system of Yili,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of power information acquisition,and can also provide useful reference for similar regional power grids. |
