| As a means of transportation,cars have become an indispensable part of People’s Daily life.And the wheels on the car,for the car,is also an indispensable key parts.It not only supports the weight of the car,but also stabilizes the car during turning,braking and running.At the same time,for the overall appearance of the car,the work of precision and innovative wheel will also add to the appearance of the car level.Spinning forming technology is an advanced technology widely used in the fields of machining,electrical electrics,aerospace industry and book forming.Many types of processes are covered,such as extrusion,casting and ring binding.Recently,it has been gradually used in the production and processing of automobile wheel hub work piece,becoming a new technology in the wheel hub processing method.Finite element method is a numerical simulation method.Here we use this method to simulate the spinning process of hub,and summarize the simulation results.In many plastic forming processes;the spinning process of wheel hub is very complicated.For this reason,this paper makes an in-depth study of this process and draws a simulation model with software.In the simulation,the process parameters and friction conditions were also set.Finally,the numerical simulation of the process was carried out by using the simulation analysis systems DEFORM.In machining simulation,the main concern is how to set the wheel machining path,in changed under different parameters are thoroughly analyzed the simulation data,including data medium,such as the effect of force and pressure changes as the parameters change,for behind the wheel we are going to do to optimize the parameters of spinning forming production reference.The process parameters of spinning forming were optimized by using the method of simulated orthogonal experiment.In the orthogonal test,proper parameters are set to obtain reasonable test results.In addition,the data results of equal effecting force and spinning pressure in different environments obtained by the test were recorded and displayed in the table.Then,the effects of each parameter on the quality of forming results were summarized using the above test method.By studying the influence size,the primary and secondary relations of the influence size of process parameters on the forming results are distinguished,and a set of the most reasonable parameter combination is concluded through this conclusion. |
