Hull shaped plate forming is always the bottleneck of ship building system, and at present plate forming by line heating is the primary ways and means for shaped plate forming. So plate forming by line heating gains a mass of attention from naval industry. Now CAM lab of naval architecture department Dalian University of Technology, under Professor Liu, and Dalian New Shipyard worked together to develop the forecast system for designing technological parameters of hull shaped plate forming by line heating and the expert system for saddle plate and sail plate. And furthermore the forecast system was already applied in Dalian New Shipyard and remarkable effect. The forecast system for designing technological parameters of hull shaped plate forming by line heating is the software with the purpose of apply in manufacture, and its exploiture has the significance in manufacture efficiency and quality and enhancing the ability of our country's shipbuilding ultimately. Therefore the next aim is extending application of the forecast system to more shipyards and perfecting itself during its application.The forecast system for designing technological parameters of hull shaped plate forming by line heating was brought to success under Dalian New Shipyard's abidance, so all of the condition parameter is offered by Dalian New Shipyard. Consequently the condition parameter will change if the software is used in other shipyards. It is necessary to settle and assort with those problems application at new surroundings brings.This paper mainly resolves two problems appearing in the application of the forecast system for designing technological parameters for sail plate—the data interface found and modifying measure for mathematical modeling and discusses optimize technological parameters with the simulated annealing. Since the shipyard's designing software is different, it is necessary to building the data interface in order to apply the forecast system expediently and keep the system running normally. The data for modeling is provided by CAM lab of naval architecture department Dalian University of Technology, and the there is difference on surroundings and technique between the lab and shipyard, so it ought to modifying mathematical modeling on the base of shipyard's experimental data. The paper dissertates three measures to modifying modeling: BP artificial neural networks, regress analysis, imitating with data. The technological parameters is the key of plate forming by line heating, and then optimize technological parameters will improve the quality of the forecast system.The simulated annealing has itself original advantage on optimizing. The paper dissertates the practical optimizing process, and gives the example, and finally reaches conclusion.
